Premier is releasing a new contract category. This category includes suppliers that provide hardware maintenance contracts for data centers and network equipment that may cover: hardware replacement, on-site field engineering, technical support, proactive monitoring, managed or professional services, and maintenance. These contracts are effective May 1, 2019, through March 31, 2022. This contract is available to the facilities of all classes of trade.
