The US House voted to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act on May 4.  The bill leaves the ACA’s 340B drug discount program intact.  The Senate will now review and revise the proposed House bill.  The passage of the bill is less certain in the Senate.
Representative Chris Collins (R- N.Y.) recently has made a commitment from the Energy & Commerce Health subcommittee to consider a bill that will draw a clear “line in the sand” for a qualified patient definition.
