Microsoft has made footprints in the health industry by working with Seattle’s children’s hospital to create a cloud-based database with the aim of an additional data set to identify SIDS risk factors. Thinspiration for specification in SIDS comes from the chief data analytics officer of Microsoft who lost his child to SIDS 15 years ago.
