340B Informed reports that a bipartisan group of governors introduced a bill to the house that would nullify CMS final regulation and eliminate 30{a825b113fa7e7f7df3124aad37f306612c93d04c1401cc72a54a1f67d114723a} of 340B hospitals’ Medicare part B drug reimbursement. In addition to the reimbursement cut that amounts to $1.6 billion, the bill requires all 340B hospitals to identify 340B drugs on claims forms when billing. Read more about the proposal below:
